She founded McKelvey Properties in 1988. She expanded the company to include a full staff and brokerage team and led them to become the #1 commercial real estate company in St. Charles County. She also has expanded the business to include a full service property management team.

Alysia has over 20 years of experience in top level management. She carries a Specialty Leasing Designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and her Missouri Real Estate License. She also is currently serving on the Board of Directors for BOMA.
