Jane is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in sales, marketing and business development in both Real Estate and Finance. She is a St. Louis native and attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis with emphasis in Education. Her background includes managing for both Wells Fargo and GMAC Mortgage, in addition to Residential and New Homes sales. Her emphasis is in new construction, having relationships with many builders, helping them to grow their business in a multitude of states.
Vice President of Property Management
Alysia specializes in tenant and vendor relations, leasing and construction coordination, marketing and event planning and day to day management of retail, commercial, office and warehouse properties in the St. Louis and St. Charles County markets. Alysia has over 20 years of experience in top level management. She carries a Specialty Leasing Designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and her Missouri Real Estate License. She also is currently serving on the Board of Directors for BOMA.
We are confident in Alysia’s ability to manage your property as if it were her own. Her vendor relationships and industry connections over her 20 years of experience set her apart. She has a steady pulse on both the team and properties that she manages.
Abby has seven years of Commercial Real Estate experience on both sides of the industry. Over five years on the tenant end, servicing accounts for roughly 40 office buildings across North and South America. Two of those years were spent on the landlord end, servicing as an agent for ownership on over a dozen commercial properties in the St. Louis area. Abby has also dabbled in the construction Industry working on the back end of large-scale construction projects. Abby has a very strong work ethic and her attention to detail makes her a value add to the McKelvey Team.
Property Admin AR & AP
Katrine is well versed in real-estate, having been in the business for 20 years - both residential and commercial. She handles our accounts receivable and accounts payable for all of our managed properties. She is also well-versed in collections on the rare case that they’re needed. Her background in business management gives her the oversight skills to ensure the job is done right. She loves building relationships with our tenants and vendors and making sure bill paying is an ease.
Bobby serves as the Maintenance Supervisor for all properties managed by McKelvey Properties. He brings over 20 years of maintenance & grounds experience, with over 10 of those years in a supervisor role. Bobby oversees our day to day operations and provides interior, exterior, and preventative maintenance solutions. Bobby is continually looking for ways to cut cost for the company and save money for our tenants, clients, and owners.
Alec handles maintenance requests for properties managed by McKelvey Properties. He works under Bobby in day to day operations and ongoing facility maintenance. His training and experience help him to be able to spot future problems and provide preventative solutions.
Sara handles the accounting for our brokerage transactions. In addition, she also handles the demanding accounting needs that come with property management.Every dollar is in the correct location because of Sara’s hard work. Trusting Sara is easy due to her diligence, background, and organization. Her attention to detail is one of the ways our business runs so smoothly.
Head of Marketing and Design
Cali handles our marketing and design for both the brokerage and property management sides of the business. She not only manages our listings on all marketing platforms, but also creates all designed brochures, mailings, social media posts, email blasts, etc. Marketing is never one size fits all. She puts together an individual plan for each and every listing to ensure that the right people see each listing. Her dual background in marketing and graphic design is helpful in both optimizing the success of our marketing plans and laying the information out in the most organized and visually appealing way. Her marketing plans and designs are part of what sets us apart from our competitors.
