MCKELVEY PROPERTIES WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
- Working with the architect on conceptual drawings
- Working through permitting process and governmental approvals
- Managing the day-to-day construction
- Working with and staying within budget
- Providing weekly updates
- Completing municipal and fire code inspections
- Doing a final walk-through to the landlord & tenants satisfaction, then turning over the space
TENANT BUILD-OUT & REMODELING
McKelvey Properties can take the hassle out of tenant build-out for you. We will assist in space planning, acquire all required payments, provide sealed architectural drawings and acquire bids from Licensed and Insured contractors. We will supervise the entire project form planning to conception; then complete final construction clean-up.
